I daily travel from Kalewadi to Bhosari MIDC by the bus from Rahatni to Bhosari. I daily catch the bus at Kalewadi at around 8.15 am. Since last two-three days I am coming across a conductor (whose badge no.is 9695 and he is young black guy around 30) who collects Rs.1 or 2 extra from the passengers over and above the ticket charges. Actually what happens, I step in the bus from Kalewadi stop, and by the time I reach to conductor, the next stop (Delux) comes. When I ask him for the ticket upto Landewadi, he gives me the ticket from Delux to Landewadi, which is Rs.6 and takes Rs.7 from me as the fare from Kalewadi is Rs.7. After observing this for continuosly for two days, today when I told him either he should give me ticket of Rs.7 and take Rs.7 from me, or if he is giving me ticket of Rs.6 then he should collect only Rs.6 from me. But suddenly he caught my shirt and hit me on the forehead. Actually he has a daily practice of collect Rs.1 / 2 from most of the passengers in this way. It means he is collecting Re1 from most of the passengers daily. If we suppose around 5000 passengers travel in his partidular bus daily, from around 1000 passengers he is collecting such unauthentic Re.1, totalling to around Rs.1000 daily. And if anyone like me opposes, he quarrels with him and does Dadagiri with the passenger.
