VIOLATION OF CONTRACT

I had booked for new activa on 6th feb.iam waited for a long 6 months.iam keep calling the showroom (Adithya honda, nadakkavu, calicut) to know whether it arrived? just 3 weeks ago i got a call from "Adithya honda" and they told that my vehicle wil come b4 5th aug, so they advised to make payement.but i wait till 4th aug to make payement.on the date i assured tat vehicle arrived showroom.

inorder to take TP they need fullpayment (with in 7 days i need to take permenant regn: without fine). Before making payment i called CEO of "Adithya honda" and tell him that "i come here to make payment, so i need an assurance tat u deliver me the vehicle without causing fine." i also told tat"you will not make call on the previous day of exhausting TP period".he agreed it also. But they called me

for delivery on 12th evening (TP expiry is at 12:30 of 13th aug). But i was not in a position to take delivery at that time. Ultimately they break the contract.i went show room on 13th afternoon and i demanded them to reimburse the fine. But they are not ready to do so. I gave three option to them.

1.refund the money that i paid for the vehicle.

2. Reimburse the fine.

3. Give me a written document which shows tat vehicle is delivered on 13th afternoon.

But they are not ready to do so. I returned from the showroom without taking delivery. What can i do next? can i get reimbursement if i go through consumer forum?? advise as early as ppossible.

and i requet all viewers that NOT GO TO "ADITHYA HONDA NADAKKAVU, CALICUT" TO BUY VEHICLE.
