PF claim of my previous company

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my PF claim 6months before but as of now i didnt get any updates.i am following it with PF office since 1month they are not reponding properly when ever i call to PF office they will give other number which is always busy.

My company has submitted my application long back & they have given me acknowledegement also.but i dont know what is the problem with PF office.

Please help me out to get my PF claim as early as possible
