My name is sumedh sood ; i had given my N 73 for repair of joystick ; to nokia care centre Meerut on 9th Aug ; till date it is not repaired ; even today after checking with them ; they are asking for atleast one more week to repair it ..

is anyone responsible ; look into my complaint and do the needful
