Worst service from Nokia care

I have been asking for mobile to get replaced for the last one month but getting no response. No one in the nokia has any concern about this. When ever I put a query they reply that it is under process. I just want the final solution and update that when would I get my mobile replace (as said by nokia care). otherwise i need to find some other way this is the final reminder that I'm putting on onwards that I need to visit consumer court or will take the help of RTI.
