Dear sir/madam,

With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset to thier service centre for repairing 54 days ago which I have not received it yet. Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more.

So I request you to kindly take action against that care centre.

Samvaradhi Technologies, A/4, KHB colony, Near Airtel office, 5th Block, Koramanagala, Bangalore-95.

I am attching the mails which i sent to Nokia and Also Nokia Care centre for complete understanding of the complaint.

As per my call to you on 30303838, I got the information that my mobile has been replaced on 4th September but the Nokia Care Centre :

Samvaradhi Technologies, A/4, KHB colony, Near Airtel office, 5th Block, Koramanagala, Bangalore-95 are not providing my handset.

U can refer The Voice discussion with Sujay Kumar on 18th sept :2-3D2X37 and also

U can refer below mails Regarding the complaint for complete information.

I want the following information from your side:

1) Proper reason why it is getting so delayed and whether my mobile is there are not.

2) Higher authority contact number and mail id so that I can have a discussion with him.

3) Immediate action on the Nokia Care Centre :

Samvaradhi Technologies, A/4, KHB colony, Near Airtel office, 5th Block, Koramanagala, Bangalore-95 are not providing my handset.

And force them to provide my cell phone by Tomorrow evening 5:00pm.

I am expecting a call from your side as well as response to this mai, if not I will assume that nokia don't has a proper reason and will proceed for further action Judicially on both Nokia Care Centre and also on Nokia as I am not having any other option.

In between as per my Knowledge three times one At ABIDS Hyderabad And two Through BIG C (I don’t know which service centre)

Date – June 18th – JOB Sheet Number -080618/3- KPHB Hyderabad near Arjun Theatre. (Send to company)

Date- July 30th – JOB Sheet Number - 285343506/080730/93 Kormangala Bangalore (Software Update)

Date- July 31st – JOB Sheet Number - 285343506/080731/109 Kormangala Bangalore

I am also attaching the mails which I sent to Samvaradhi Nokia Care for which I did not get any response till date from the date I gave my cell for replacement. I even did not get any call from Service Centre Informing the status of the request.

When I called Technical Support Executives on 30303838 yesterday, A complaint was taken by kiran patna with Nokia care compliant number : 2-3C4MEL.Also Kiran said they will update me the status in 48 hours.

After this I got a call from Service Centre saying that they will give me the update by today (12-Sep) by 11:00 am, Again they did not call me up.

I called them at 4pm then they said they will call me in 1/2 hour.

they called me back and again informed that they will give my cell phone by next Thursday (18th-Sep).

First of all I don't understand why it will take more than 45 days for replacement, and also when I ask service centre reason for delay they are not responding properly.

Please tell me what I need to do if they fail to give my cell phone by 18th-sep.

I am asking this question because when I gave my cell phone on 31st-Aug they said they will tell the problem in 7-10 days.

when I went after 10 days they said it's a hardware problem (which I was telling from the beginning) and will replace the cell by 8-sep.

I went back, they asked to come again on 15-sep, when I went again, they again said on 25-08-08 again I went they said on 4th-Sep.

When I went on 4th and asked they again to come on 6th-sep. I was very frustrated by this situation.

I always had a great respect for NOKIA but now I am started loosing faith, but still I felt That I should give a chance before I proceed in any other way

and Technical Support Executives on 30303838 yesterday.

I am happy for the response you showed but I will be happy only once the issue gets resolved.

I am very disappointed by the Nokia Service Centres and I really feel that you will take this issue as higher priority and take proper action.

You can Read the below mails in blue for better understanding of my problem and why I am so disappointed (Out of 6 months my cell was with me for less than 30 days).
