1. Original job sheet no : 4500 (this no has been changed to JS 4824 by the authority - I don't know is this legal or something fishy happening)
2. Nokia 5610 - purchased on 24/5/08 under warranty - since the joy stick and the music slide got stuck, i contacted the above concern - i was promised that the keypad and whole joystick set will be changed in regards to my warranty
3. Target delivery date - 14/16 OVERWRITTEN by authority... anyways i will excuse this issue
Customers are to be contacted after the phone is ready or if there is a delay in their work. Here customers have to go behind the authority to know whats the status. I contacted them for nearly 4 times and i was asked to call the following day - "CUSTOMERS HAVE TO CONTACT THEM BUT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN TO THE CUSTOMERS"&&-This issue was dragged... Then phone calls were not answered... I went to the Nokia care, Simtech computronics - CHENNAI in person to find out whats the status. To my surprise there was a notice that its under renovation. Are we customers fool for these people? They are possessing our property and how can they be so lethargic with their work. No intimation that they will remain closed, no intimation that there is a delay, NOTHING AT ALL. Job sheet number sent as sms to 555, it states invalid usage. Job sheet number used at www.namscare.com, it states no data available. My phone was given at the Nokia care on 11th of November. Its 17th of December and yet i haven't got my mobile back. WILL I GET MY MOBILE BACK? WILL NOKIA CUSTOMERS BE TREATED THE SAME WAY EVERY WHERE? DOES NOKIA CARE, Simtech computronics - CHENNAI, HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO POSSESS OTHERS PROPERTY AND HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY WITHOUT PROPER INTIMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR CLOSURE. WOULD BE REALLY GLAD IF THIS CASE IS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. Till date not a single call from them. Its really a shame to the Nokia care, which brings the company a real bad name. Kindly do the needful. Thank you
