Dear Sir,

I had given my nokia cell to (Nokia service center) SS ELECTRONICS, SHOP NO BASEMENT 22, 23& 24, HARDY COMPLEX, M G ROAD OPP. CHERAMA’S SECUNDERABAD ON 07/03 for repairing of cell is not charging. My cell is black color

I went to your service center today for collecting my mobile. They have given red color mobile. I told them this mobile is not mine. My mobile color is black color. I request them to give my mobile. They told me this is your mobile. My mobile purchased two months back. You are giving the old mobile.
