Dear sir,
I bought my Nokia6233 IN INDIA from a authorised dealer with all the proper bill whose IMEI NO IS-356283013107422, the phone was giving me max satisfaction, but suddenly on 22/11 it started asking for a
RESTRICTION CODE and so i entered default code 12345 as was told to me by some friend that this is a default code, but unfortunately phone did not open. So i brought it to nokia care centre in Ratlam. Here they
too could not open and asked me to deposit my phone and sent that to L-3 the jobsheet no was 343434038/081125/17 dated 25/nov. After several remainders and follwing up they called me to their office and
gave me a very shocking news-THAT MY PHONE IS RETURNED WITHOUT REPAIR [RWR]
What i want to convey u that
1.There is no fault from my side in this case
2. I must get my problem solved by any means either repair/change
3.This is total defficiency in the product the problem has nothing to do with the w/guarantee preiod.
4.The phone was neither waterlogged liquid damaged nor tempered by unauthorised repairers.
5.This is completlly a case of defective material/workmanship/product/services
6.This example will badly affect the image of the nokia products i will never buy any nokia product in future and also stop people doing so
7 I will fight the matter on all available forums untill i get compensation.
8.Why should i get punished for no mistake on my part.
