Visited three times SACT, madurai, india - nokia customer care - mobile no.98940 45419 (on line services available at this centre). upgraded the software twice but there is no improvement in ringer sound system, still it is very low. the IMEI no. is 356257019272273. at customer care there are confirming that now a days this model comes with low ringer only, hence there is no use in visiting often to this centre. that too at present we are not holding any ringer piece, hence i have been asked to come after 15 days, if any chances are there from chennai, nokia centre.
