Re:- Replacement of Nokia (2630) charger
I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I had recently (17th March) purchased the above-noted set and the charger is gone faulty in the next two days, and when I went to your customer care office in Malviya nagar (New Delhi) they have taken the charger and asked me to come after 15days as this is the schedule they follow. Do let me know in the mean time what do I do with the phone how do I charge it.. they do not have the standby charger as well. Please clarify what kin of customer care Centers are these and atleast get me a charger at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
