No information about the hand set after 45 days at nokia care

Hello,

even after 45 days of given the hand set at nokia care at marrathilli (bangalore) there is no news when ot will get repaired.

i saw my hand set lying at very poor condition at one corner of that store. FYi the service sheet no is 288343506/080802/70.

i gave a complaint at noika care help line with the request no 2-3AV1H9 before 15 days too. but no result of that complaint till date.

only they are saying we will check at higher end.

please update me when can i get the hand set.

as its too late to get tahti want a replacement of that due to customer harrashment case too.

hence please update me about the status.
