Hv an e-75 which crashed after the software update. they r refusing to do n e thing saying it is out of waranty n too expensive to repair. they refuse to put in writing what it would cost if i do wanna get it repaired . even tho they admit it willl happen again they refuse to acknowledge their fault in this n they hv not replied to my mails or telphone calls.
