Dear sir,
This is in reference to my complain dated 26/6, I had given my phone for repairing under warranty period to nokia care jodhpur. Sir even after almost three months i have not received my phone back, i been always misguided by both nokia care jodhpur and also by online customer care department, i called more than twenty times for follow up on customer care but always i was misguided and got wrong information from the executives. Now i got information that i will recieve some re engineered phone instesd of my original phone. This is very disgusting situation when company like nokia have such a bad customer care services, that to solve customers problem in nearly three months and that even not satisfying the customers.
All this is to inform you that if i will not get my original phone or new nokia 9300i or some new phone of same value, of my choice within a week other wise i have to take some legal action.
