I am not satisfied with NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE MAA COMMUNICATION

This is in regards to complaint about the worst service/repairing provided at Nokia care center (MAA COMMUNICATION).

On 14th April I had given my Nokia 6500S cell phone at this Nokia care center. Problem in the cell was – Keys 4, 5, 6 were not working (as mentioned in the service job sheet), the estimate value/bill given to me was 1750INR and the delivery date given was 21st April.

When I reach at Nokia care center to get my cell on 21st April they made me wait for 30 minutes and then they told me that the part has not yet come from Bangalore and your cell is not ready yet, it will be ready on 1st May and given the second date. NOTE: No one took pain to call up me if the parts are not available, when I asked why you not called me if the cell phone was not ready then I got an nice answer by an executive – “why you not called to us”, then I said how would I come to know that part is not available, it’s your responsibility to inform the client if the part is not available with you.

When I reach on 1st May then again they said the same thing that that part still not come and you cell phone will be ready on 4th May this time one of the executive shown some pity on me and said “this time I will call you if you cell phone will not be ready on given time” and gave me another date i.e. -04th May. NOTE: this time also I was not informed about the non-availability of part.

This time also I have not got any call from anyone, I called myself at the center and there an executive told me that your cell phone is repaired and ready for delivery, come and collect it. When I reached there on at 15.00 on 8th May the key pad was not changed however in the service job sheet, it is clearly mentioned for changing of key pad clearly, now they are ready with the bill and asking me to pay the bill, after that they taken back the cell and asked me to wait for 30 minutes, after 1 hour they gave my cell saying it is changed, now before paying bill while I was checking the cell I found that the hands free port was not working, now they said we are not responsible for this, then I asked the executive to call the manager and after talking to the manager (Mr. Ajay) they were agreed to repair or change the defective part, again asked me to wait for 40 minutes, it was 17.15 they gave me my cell phone and said you can check this is ok now, at that time I again check the keys (4, 5, 6) and found that the same problem with the keys i.e. 4, 5, 6 keys were not working. They again taken back the cell and asked me to wait for 30 minutes, after 1 hour one of them came and told me that you cell will be ready on 10th May it was 18.25 (3 hours and 25 minutes in Nokia care center)

Now I asked to call up the manager but then they said that manager has gone somewhere however the manager was hiding himself from me. I have taken his number and tried calling him but he is so smart that he text me a message “Sorry, Call you later”. I kept on calling but no response after 15 minutes the manager called me and I told him all the incident then he promised me to take care of my cell phone personally and said it will be ready on 10th May and at 18.45 I had to come back home empty handed, but with a new date.
