The software of the mobile is bad

I need immediate replacemnt for the mobile 3120 which I had purchased on 25th Dec and the moible was going blank from day one 28th Dec and I went immediately to Tollygunge Care Nokia Centre, they said the software is faulty but did not replace, in fact took the mobile and ketp for two days, then returned it back saying its okay, immediately when I tried to put on the mobile, it kept on going blank and till date I did not manage to use this new mobile which I need immediate replacemtn with the letter to be sent to my email: [email protected] otherwise they wll change the moible, otherwise I will have to approach the indian consumers grievenace act cell.
