Lost- Pls stop service and block IMEI

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have lost my Nokia Mobile 3110c IMEI:3589770118955309. A copy of police complaint can be forwarded if required.

Since it is stolen, I request you to block the number in Equipment Identity Register (EIR) and any other database used by the Indian Service Providers.
