1. With regard to the above subject, I have applied for closure of PF account through my last organization Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd. and the amount may please be credited to my account in Bank Of Baroda, # 02680100009666.
2. The application for withdrawal of PF amount is submitted to Adonis Electronics office 3 months back for onward submission to your office after necessary formalities.
3. As confirmed from Adonis Electronics office, The application is submitted to you and the application status can only be confirmed from Provident fund commissioner office at Mumbai.
Request you to confirm me the PF withdrawal application Status at earliest.
