Subject: Notice for Consumer Court.
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I being the owner of the above mentioned handset N91 8GB Model with serial number M 352767010360020. which I purchased in Nagpur on 6 April in Nagpur from Mona Traders Gokulpeth TEL: 0712 2548657 and Bill number 19289.
Within three months, the handset started showing various problems such as periodic and frequent hanging of keys and frequent autoworking of keys. I took the handset to the dealer who in turn directed me to the service center in Nagpur who in turn has sent that to the company repair center Pune twice. Inspite of two repairs there is not even slightest change in the nature of the problem. Handset has again been sent to Pune for the repairs for the third time. But the jobsheet status shows that it is repaired and closed but I have not recieved yet.
I feel cheated, mentally harassed and taken for granted. I have collected all the relevent records and gathered the enough material for filing the case in consumer court. I do not understand that if there is no change in the nature of the problem how the company can send the handset back in the problematci condition. Why does it not replace the handset?
