Delayed in Passport

Sir,

I Mr Apin Pandurang Chavan applied for renewing the passport in 15 Oct my passport will going to expire on month of dec 07 so i did earlier within time. I got message from internet, you met PRO so i met him on dated 15 Jan 08, he check my old passport no and make the currection in his forms. i confirm from him whether any other document they needed? he said all are ok . but today is 12 Feb 08, status of my passport is showing in progress.

I have all proper and original document.

they are declaring passport will get within 45 days but it almost double period past away.

My File Ref No is e039288 2007 City Mumbai

Please do the needful so i can get my passport earlier
