The nokia model no. 5610 xpressmusic mobile IMEI No 358652015273622 was submitted with the complaint of blank display problem at nokia care centre HCl Infosystems ltd Green Park Extention (Near Uphar Cinema), New Delhi on 06/10/08 & the due date for delivering the duly rectified set was 10/10/08. Even after the lapse of more than 12 days & four /five personal visit nothing has been done. The staff is most uhhelping & aloof to customer problems, Moreover this problem is recurring repeatedly & this is for the third time in less tahn six months from the date of purchase that the set has been sent for repair.

Pl. look in to the matter immediately & arrange for urgent repair of the set
