Sir,

Subject: Delay & False Assurances From Thane's Nokia Care Centre, Tembhi Naka

I had surrendered my Nokia Mobile Model No-6151 on 18th of April due to a battery problem at your Nokia Care Centre, located in Thane at- Prudent Telecom Services, address-Jain building, ground floor, near Jain Temple, Tembhi Naka, Thane West.

As per Nokia Care procedure, I was supposed to get the delivery of a repaired model within 10 to 12 days but this didn't happen.

And till date, I'm getting false assurances like particular component or for that matter part of a model is not available from one of your Customer Care Executive 'PRAJAKTA' from Thane Nokia Care Centre.

My model Service Job Sheet number is 190343506/080418/57. And I want immediate recovery of model in coming days because I'm fed up of this false assurances being given by your executive.
