Problem in the software 7 tech board

I baought nokia 3500c when i received the data from other moblie it occurs automatically mob will switch off & display blinks 4 or 5 times after few minutes i will on then it repeat again & web seting also problem i think its soft ware problem kindly rectify & reply me imei no 357680611443830
