My NOkia BL-5C battery is the problem battery which Nokia has announced will replace in 2007. Still after 2 years they have not replaced my battery.
They say your battery delivery is in progress but still I haven't received the battery. After so much of communication via phone and email they are not responding positively as of they dont care for replacing the battery.
