Its quite disgraceful on your part to add on the problems of customers.
Just to make a handsome amount of bill your people can go to any limits from arguing to customers to create new problems with the cell phone which makes it a must for the customer to give the item for repair again and again.
Please have some control on your employees and stress more on customer satisfaction not on customers humiliation.
I dont even expect you people to solve my problem, just wanted to tell whats going on there.
