Dear Nokia customers,
This is my bitter experience which I have been repeatedly facing with Nokia people, I want to share all of you. So that, at least I can save some of you from the falls warranty services. On 15th December I purchased Nokia N70 music at Hotspot showroom located at Malakpet, Hyderabad. Soon after purchasing it I found some technical problems in that mobile handset. In the same month I went to the same showroom but the people advised me to go to Nokia care center.
Then started my collective set of worst experiences. Continuously and repeatedly I had been going to the Nokia care center for the same and repeated un-repaired (Unserviceable) problems. Finally, the Nokia care people found that the handset will only be get repaired at Chennai nokia care center and send my mobile to chennai.
Now another story had began at the Chennai Nokia service center. In the month of september they have sent my mobile to the Chennai Nokia care center. After 15 days I received it back from the nokia care. With a lot of hopes and received my mobile and to my shock I soon found the same problem with my nokia N70 music handset. likewise I have sent it to the chennai nokia care center repeatedly for 4 times but no use. They are sending back my mobile as it and was saying it was repaired. but the problems are found as they are. even now also i have sent my mobile to the chennai nokia care center for the 5th time. I hope at least this time I may get my mobile well repaired.
When I am writing this complaint I forgot my job sheet at my home. Tomorrow I will post another complaint giving all the details of my mobile like job sheet number and IMEI no etc.
My intention is not to get a replaced handset but I want my mobile get well repaired.
It seems Nokia's intention is to pass the warranty time intentionally and finally want to tell that the time is up for either repair or replacement.
Nokia customers think once. This is my practical experience with nokia handset.
