Nokia n-72
Speaker phone sound is low

I have puchased one nokia N-72 from subhiksa, sec-12 Dwarka on 08 Aug.

It's speaker Phone sound is very faint and not audible clearly while receiving calls.

Kindly tell the remedy for it. Can the phone be replaced.
