Phone hangs

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Nokia N-72 on 9-4 from priority dealer (HarmonyAudio (Bombay) Pvt Ltd..This was purchased on bill. This is the fourth time I have given my cell phone for repair due operational defects. I want a replacement of this piece. As my warranty is valid upto 9-4, I want it to be replaced at any cost.
