I have bought a new nokia n73m one week back, it had a manufacturing defect, it hanged often so i took the set and went to nokia care shop no5 arthi chambers anna salai chennai, they took the phone and asked me to come today (20-2-08), i went at around 2oclock i got a phone with changed d-cover of someone else's phone..i asked about the initials and scratches, they again changed some three times and asked me to come on monday.this shows the company's profiles, it sounds like platform service center's work.even they dont steal spares from others phones.i wonder i can get the originality back or not!!! will nokia care about this?
