Nokia N73M
Cell phone problem

My name is kinshuk, i buy a nokia 73m on 13 feb. after two dys incoming voice speaker was not working properly, then i shown that phone on nokia care they told me th i change the speaker then it will be work properly after changed phone was not working, then they change software and front panel but that not worked they told that a manufacture defect we issue a new phone i said ok after 12 days they issue a old phone which life times iwas sowing 293 hours but my phone timerwas 35 minute.they was saying this is your phone is up to u take it or not so what i do. pls reply.
