I purchased a Nokia N73 Music Edition from Global Access, Bangalore on December. One day as I was taking Photos in my phone, a small crack appeared on the right-top most corner. I neglected it and went on with my work. Next day i saw that my full screen is gone. The very next day itself I went to Global Access, and they asked me to go to Nokia Care. This happened on 01/01, just two weeks after i purchased the mobile.
For this i went to Nokia Care in BTM Layout second stage on 03/01. I produced the Guarantee card also. But the response from their part was too horrible. They told they wont consider screen problems under consideration, for Guarantee. Only small problems will be considered!!! (Then what is the need for that!!!).
I had a talk with their manager also. He also told me the same. So i was forced to pay an amount of 1910 for getting it done.
I also convinced them that it might be the problem with the piece, not mine. Then also they didn't consider my request. So for that dump mobile i paid a total amount of 15000. These types of Humiliations should be stopped at any cost. So i request you to kindly look into this seriously and take a mean action.
