I purchased mobile on 02/08 from Essar Telecome Retail Limited.chandkheda. The mobile has stopped to work within 6 month. I visited two customer care one by one within 15 days. Both are saying no problem in handset only software problem but my problem is not sort out.same problems always seem that mobile no work in hot places as after A C Places, Key is not working properly. Today I againg go to Nokia care ahmedabad JOB CARD NO-649504867/090515/11 for replacement of mobile. He has to tell mobile is under liqid logged problem. While Before two days both of the customer cares told that handset is completle ok. Only software is corrept. No w I am facing problem with my mobile. He told that mobile will be repair at customer risk. while my moble is under guarantee. They are not ready to repaire and replace under guarantee. Kindly help me immediatly.
