I bought a Nokia 73 Music edition on 18th march referring IMEI No :- 353641013349547 HOT SPOT, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi which cost me Rs. 21, 662 including taxes with 1 year warranty. But after duration of 2 days I find that my mobile phone is automatically shutting down, showing blank screen then the 4th day on Wednesday I went to Noika care preet vihar branch, with lot of efforts and manipulation I forced Ajay pandey (Manager) to talk to the HOT SPOT retailer in order to replace the handset and he did talk But according to the retailer they replace the handset within 48hour after purchasing of handset so they denied then I showed my handset to the executives of preet vihar branch what they did they put off my memory card and did format my phone memory then did switch on. I didn’t submit my handset that time because it was working fine, after 24 hour it’s show the same problem For which I have complaint 6 times to the Nokia care center & also as per their direction I have submitted my mobile 6 times in Nokia care center, first 2 times I Submitted my handset to (HCL infinet Nokia care, Preet Vihar, Delhi) & 4 times I Submitted my handset to (HCL infinet Nokia care, Sector-2, Noida) to fix the bug permanently, after depositing 5 time my handset in Nokia care I found so many errors like system error, phone start-up failed contact the retailer, blank screen, mobile screen shutting down, camera bad image, hanging problem, poor voice quality.

The Nokia preet vihar branch told me whenever I visit to preet vihar branch to format the memory card before putting it in handset & I did format my memory card twice from the retailer where I purchased the handset but the problem remain same after formatting the memory card I put it in my handset then It shows my memory card is corrupted then I moved to the second branch of preet vihar which is situated in sector-2, Noida according the sector-2 branch they told the fault is in memory card we can’t replace this memory card because this is Duplicate then I using my handset without memory card but the problem remain same. Neither both of the branches neither sort out the handset problem nor replace the memory card. Whenever I visit to the Nokia care every time they saying the memory card of this phone N73m is Duplicate which I received from the retailer. When I asked to the retailer, he showed me another packed seal N73m memory card and the card is same. I received memory card of Mini SD 2GB and its mention on memory card, according to both of the branch the Nokia with silver colour should be mention on memory card. When I talked to the helpline no. (011-30303838) of Nokia they told me it’s not necessary that every nokia memory having Nokia mention and also say’s that how do we identify the memory card, you have and submit in Nokia care if they deny to submit then call from the Nokia center we do talk to the executive why they saying the memory card is duplicate, when I visited to the sec-2 branch of Nokia care there is the manager named Kundan I showed him the card and he says it’s duplicate then I dialed Nokia helpline no. (011-30303838) and told Kundan to talk to the helpline no. but he refused to talk to the helpline no. this happens so many times, there is also another manager named Jatin dhingra which is recently transferred in another branch in Sector-8 Noida, according to jatin he says I know these type of memory card is coming in market we can’t says it duplicate or original one, we can replace this memory card only if we received the mail from Finland. I continuously talking to Nokia customer care (011-30303838) so many times but still I am facing the same problem & nobody paying their attention for this problem & still my mobile is in Nokia care Center as well. For this I wastage lot of money, lot of time, lot of tension.

If this is the kind of Customer Services Nokia provides to its loyal customer, I am unable to understand what levels of Customer-satisfaction, they are aiming to achieve. Why should anybody buy an authorized Nokia Set if we are not getting adequate services???
