Company not adhering to warranty conditions

This is regarding my Nokia N81 handset which had a defect with the software and the slider, I had booked it in for repairs under warranty at the service centre at

They have been giving me excuses that the handset has been sent to delhi then came back could not be repaired the engineers are working on it and then they said tht it was scratched in transit and now they give me excuses that their their manager is out of office so they cannot comment. I have given it for a month now and these guys are just playing mind games. They are not willing to give the handset back repaired even though it is under warranty and there is not physical damage from my side so the warranty is clearly applicable. They tell you that they are gonna call back but never do. They have plenty of customers yelling at them daily with issues.

PLEASE TAKE THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AS MANY CUSTOMERS ARE BEEING FOOLED BY NOKIA JUST BECAUSE THY DONT WANT TO PROVIDE SERVICE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I HOPE THIS DOES NOT FALL ON DEAF EARS
