If this was US i wouldn't be writing this . i would have gone to a court and won for your sloppy and highly irresponsible behaviour towards your customer . it is the third time i submitted my phone for repair under warrenty and as usual your people in nokia care khammam told to wait 15-20 days for me to get my phone back. the problems the phone has are 1. abrupt call disconnection and showing low signal in high signal areas 2.flash keeps turning on even after i turn it off 3. the panel around the screen lost its paint when i got back the phone from you last time . if you people have any tiniest sense of customer wellbeing do something about it as fast as you can. i hope it is not too much of my asking for you to do your job right.
