They are not repairing my phone which is in guarantee

I bought nokia n82 and fron the first day i am facing the problem of voice sometimes received and sometimes not. I gave my phone 3 times to repair but each time they are returning me without solving my problem. They took the phone for weeks many times alsn. I dont want this phone any more. I need my money back
