Iam Dashendra wahengbam. I bought a NOKIA N8-00 from croma showroom located at new bell road, bangalore-14 on 01/10 . Along with N8-00 I should have got an offer of free mobile internet from airtel for 6 months. At the time of purchase, I have been informed to contact airtel office to avail the offer. I have already contacted an aitel office. I have also contacted airtel customer care a number times but I have not received the offer till date. On contacting the nokia customer service, they refuse to take any responsibility, stating that the matter concerns only with the airtel service. I have been frustrated and remained helpless till date. The IMEI NO of my phone is: '35698804194962' and the item code is '002R8K4'. My airtel no is 9945395573.
