I purchased a Nokia 93-i on 28th Sept' 2007 from your Nokia Priority shop, (103, Station Square, Bhubaneswar-751 001, Orissa, Phone - 91674- 2535581)

In the month of April`2008 the mobile did not keep the battery back up more that 3 hr., even without use.

I gave the hand set at your Nokia Care center (ASC-071_434038, Cellular Clinic, Janpath road, Pl No:797, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar :-7, Orissa, India, Ph No:00916742547858) on 08th May`2008. Job Sheet No - 071434038/080517/76. After 10 days they gave back the handset saying that the set is ok, battery needs to be replaced. I purchase a new battery from Nokia Priority. But faced the same problem. Again I approached the same Nokia Care on 28th May`2008. The representative received the mobile to send to Kolkata Head office to check thoroughly, and if not decision may be taken for replacing. As per the representative, I re appear after 25 days (on 25th June`2008 in the morning). After detail enquiry, I found that the hand set has not been send to Kolkata. Even it has not been taken care of by the mechanics. After forced complain, they asked me to come in the evening. Again in the evening they told me that it has been repaired but did not mention the rectification made.

But today after full charge of the new battery, I am facing the same problem of only 3Hrs. battery back up.

Kindly register the complain and take necessary steps. The mobile is still in warranty period.

The behavioral attitude of the representatives at Nokia Care Bhubaneswar is untollerable.
