How to approach consumer forum

Hi,

I purchased my N95 (27-07-07) just before I had baby thinking that I would have very high end phone and I will capture every moment of my baby spending 28000/-. Just within 2 months my phones handsfree went bad. i went to service center which was over crowded and then after 2 hrs of waiting i got a chance to explain. they took 50 days to replace my hands free giving reason that there is no stock for the same. after 4 months memory card went bad when i went to submit that i was informed that it is covered under warranty for only 3 months. I had to shell out money though it was under warranty but as they mentioned under terms and conditions so I could not do anything about this. then since last 2 months (21 May 08) my phone is with service center getting repaired repeatedly. issue with my phone was it was recognizing handsfree at all. i updated my phone firmware where i could not restore my data which was backed up, there was no answer by contact center, rep could not give any solution rather than keep saying i understand and i understand. i managed to get my data by some other means so i went to service center. went there after 15 days as they suggested but there was no handsent avialble so i had to go after 3 days again, issue was not resolved still it was not recognizing, manager of service center was arguing that there is no issues with the phone then i went bought my friends hands free then she has to admitt that issue still persist. they kept the phone again for 10 days then finaly it got fixed however i had faulty handsfree left with me. just after 2 days i realised that phone is restarting frequenlty or freezing or music player does the same and name is not displayed on call or sms though they are saved in my contact list. to my surprise firmware was not getting updated stating that some problem with phone. went back to same service center again new job sheet was given, after 8 days when i went there i did not carry job sheet as i was rest assure that issue will persist. manager denied to hand over the phone to check as i may run away with handset, i got very upset after taking shoutings she finaly handed over to me to check, issue persisted showed her requested for replacement as its been 2 months, she denied and said that she can just take and send it to HO. she wanted me to submit complaint to care. called them spoke to so called manager who promised to callback on monday by 4. someone else called and informed that mobile is under repair and i can collect it from service center by friday, do i have to speak to a manger to get update about repair, cant i just get it done by contacting service center? i disconnected the call and called back care, 60 minutes of argument about putting the call over to manager's manager who was suppose to callback. rep is not in a situation to comment on past, present or future. finaly he made me so irrate that i cant really express. so i have decided to go legeal against nokia any assistance on this will be greatly appreciated. (Just 10% of my experiance to keep it short)
