I had given an n97 white, a euro made model, with imei 354225039904243 for repair. the issue was the touch screen and camera which was resolved but was taken back by the company as there was some quality check failure. i had recieved a call saying that the slider had some problem and it would take about 10 days for repair. its been 12 days and i am still unaware as to where my cellphone is.
they are charging a hefty amount, fine, but atleast i should be aware of as to what is the progress. the only phone number i was provided with is either busy or nobody picks up, and its been the same since the last 4 days. i am thoroughly frustated!!!
