Dear Sir,
I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 70-1Music Edition for service in warranty to Care point, Hazratganj, Lucknow Job sheet No- 109434038/080701/25 on dated 1-7.
reporting no sound/voice from a phone call from other side.
However I would like to bring to your kind notice that the same problem has occurred in month of May. For this I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 70-1Music Edition for service in warranty to Care point, Hazratganj, Lucknow
on dated 28-5.The same has been repaired and was handed over to me after 18 days.
I have purchased the said mobile on 20th of March from Ganpati Mobile Sri Ram Tower, Ashoka Marg, Lucknow. Now I am having such problem repeatedly.
I never expected such type of problem from your reputed company even in my dream. So pl. look into the matter and if not possible to rectify the problem permanently please replace the mobile set by a new one.
