Nokia phone 6085
Not working

I purchased a NOKIA 6085 from Link Telecom Private Ltd, New Alipore, Kol - 53 on 3rd Feb Delivery note: 04/HS706-07/Fbe/018.

After arond 9 months of operation it started giving problems and I gave this for repairing to

Anand International, 227, D H Road, Kol - 34 on 22/Jan videJob Sheet No: 319434038/080122/16.

On following up everytime they say please come two days later but these two days never seem to end.

And moreover it is under guarantee period.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct me what to do next.
