NOKIA phone - 3230 Battery backup very very LOW

I purchased Nokia 3230 around 2nd July. Then in 2007 November the Nokia 3230 phone battery started swelling and in a matter of 3 days it started giving a back up of merely an hr!!!

Just within 1 year and 3 months I had to change my battery!

I purchased a new battery from Nokia Priority Center from Green Park Market, New Delhi worth Rs.1650/-

And recently from the past 7 days, my battery has again swollen up from the middle and its not giving any backup.

I am very carefull about the way I use my battery always. This is my second Nokia phone and I an so very upset with its performance.

I never overcharge my phone.

I dont talk too much on phone.

I am very very disappointed with Nokia phones and its battery... Hope I will be given some asssitance regarding this and that I will not have to buy a new cell phone.
