FAULTY NEW PHONE 6500-S AND POOR CUSTOMER SERCVICE OF HCL NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE, GREEN PARK, NEW DELHI

Dear Sir,

I had purchase a brand new NOKIA SLIDE PHONE model no.

6500-s from a nokia authorised dealer: MOBILE NET, G-8 SOUTH EXTENSION PART-1, TEL:24658371, 9811301555 vide Bill No.2638 dt. 3.8.08 for rs. 13, 200/- .

Unfortunately within 48 hrs this set has a problem of Audio, ie it had poor incoming and outgoing voice so i had to approach the dealer but the dealer simply pointed me to refer to the nokia care centre, Accordingly i approached the nokia care centre., s-10, green park, new delhi..and the set was taken under repair/replacement vide their job sheet no. 1500295788 dt. 21.8.08... Tilll date i have received no ..response from either the service centre or the co... inspite my repeated visits/telephone call to the customer care centre at green park...

I request your goodselver to pls. intervene in the matter and get me a new handset as early as possible as the set developed this problem within 48 hrs, of purchase...

Your kind intervene in the matter would be highly appreciated..
