Complaint about an e mail received from Nokia Promotions Department

Dear Sir,

I am Piali Chowbey a student of science from a small town of Orissa. Some days ago I got an e mail from Nokia Promotions Department stating that I have won 800, 000 GBP from a lottery program held by their company. The sender gave his name as Mr. JAMES ALLEN. However he said that although I have won this money as a lottery but I have to pay Rs 35000/- so as to clear the custom Duty. When I replied to the mail saying that I am a middle class girl and cant afford to give them so much of money they replied back saying that I have to pay only Rs8000/- and their delivery diplomat Mr. Thomas Moore will pay the rest amount from his own money at the customs department. Then they gave me an account no to deposit the money. The account details are given below

The e mail id from which I got the mail is.

Please tell me whether I should proceed in that direction or not? Further I want to say that I have provided them with my ADDRESS etc. As I am making this complaint I would not be responsible if they use my id and address in any manner. Please let me know your answer
