Bad after sales service, No trust on Customers, technical problem persitant

I had brought a Nokia phone in the last week of January as a Valentine gift for my girlfriend which turned out to be a nightmare. The problem of the phone is that the receiver of the phone cannot hear the person who has called from the Nokia phone. The voice fluctuates and as the call goes on the disturbance on the call increases. Initially we thought this is a network issue but the problem persist for more that 7 days. Therefore we went to the shop to return the phone who guided us to go to Nokia care center. We went to the nokia care the person updated some software and gave it to us back saying the problem will no longer be there. After a 1 hr we checked the phone and the prob persist. We again went to the nokia care in Vile parle (Prime Mall), where the person over there was trying to prove that it was a network problme and requested us to use the phone for a week. A guess what the problem persist. We went to the Nokia care again where this time the representative said that he will send the phone to Delhi for repair and it will take arount 2 weeks. We submitted the phone and called after 2 weeks they sain that the phone has not come. we called them everyday for 10 days until we decided to go there personally. The rep said that phone as come since a long time (exception Cust Service). He gave the phone to us, and we went home but not happily ever after. the Problem persist. Agin we went to the Nokia care the same story (submitted the phone and bla bla till the prob persist). Then we called the so called customer care where the prson said he will escalted and to submitte the phone again. We went to Nokia care and the same story continue will a addition that the phone has a scrach and the scrach guard was removed. We had a big fight at the Nokia care center wher the manager said he cant do any thing and we will have to go to the Nokia care center in Lower Parel and no points for guessing the same story continues and the problem persist. We again sumitted the phone and requested for a replacement and u are right the same story and the problem persist.
