I had registered a complaint with Airtel as our lines were down. My god! the proceedure is tedious, we will have to speak to countless people on the same subject and each person will give you a separate no. to contact. My experience with a person by name Venkatesh available on 080 41115395 was worst. He asks me to read modem indications for him over the phone & I say i can't see the same as it is fixed to the wall. He then spontaneously tell me "Unless you read the indication, I CANT HELP YOU". The tone was as though he is doing me a favour. If we have to do the trouble shooting then we do not need these kind of people. Atleast if we are requested to help them, we can. But if we are ordered to do things, then we have to pity Airtel for recruiting such kind of people who do not know how to behave with customers.
