There is one problem managing director/CEO of standardcharteredbank (afrika) mr, simon millet told me you have to pay 40000 rupees to WESTEREN UNION MONEY TRANSFER, i told him i am very poor i can not pay that much amount.

I told him you can take and give money to my winning price and give to western union money transfer, but he gave me negative reply, i am student, and very poor i can not pay that much amount, i really need these money plz do something.
