Non delivery of packet and non-reachability of their telephone nos

I got a sms in my mobile no:9731133886 that my AWB packet no: 8056991165 was tried by Express IT to deliver at my office but could not deliver it. They had given a telephone no: 080-32421441 and asked me to contact me immediately. I tried contacting them at this no. several times but each time some on picks up the phone and disconnects it. This kind of mischief from a professional courier agency is not acceptable. I am amazed what kind of nincompoops have they in their office who relish playing such stupid and foolish pranks with customers. Will some one get my complaint to the people at the helm of affairs in Express IT please. I am really disgusted with their service.
