Poor service

To whoever it may concern,

i am a regular passenger of route no. 313 . since i have to start early in morning. i have to wait for very long time as the service of this bus is almost negligible in the morning hours between 7 to 8. only one bus is seen on saturdays. and the service of private buses is poor and also they engage in harassing of passengers by stopping at busy stands like laxmi nagar and shakarpur for long resulting in delays. since my problem is route specific and i know many more people must be facing same problem it is requested that atleast one dtc bus of route 313 should be started in morning hours . around 7.15 am.
